Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy explains what information Small & Beautiful Saranda ("we") collects when you use this website, and why.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message, you share your name, phone number, email address, dates and any note you add. When you book an apartment, a car or a Vespa you also give your home address. We use it only for that booking and delete it automatically 12 months after your stay or rental ends. The booking form and the contact form open WhatsApp with your message ready, so that information goes to us through WhatsApp.

If online payment is switched on, payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your question, confirm and manage your booking, and contact you about your stay. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages load content from third parties: the map comes from Google Maps, some fonts come from Google Fonts, and payments go through Stripe. These services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time which details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. Send us a message on WhatsApp or call us.
