The vehicle will be transferred to the Buyer after full payment and completion of the required ownership/registration formalities.

4. Condition & Inspection

The Buyer confirms that they have had the opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, test the Vespa before purchase. Visible condition and existing damage should be recorded on Page 3 and photographed at handover.

Ownership passes subject to full payment and completion of the applicable transfer/registration process. The Seller confirms, to the best of its knowledge, that there is no undisclosed finance or third-party ownership claim over the Vespa.

6. Warranty Coverage

Small & Beautiful Saranda provides a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, subject to these terms. The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects or faults in components arising during normal use. Where a valid claim is accepted, the Seller may repair the defective component, replace it, or provide another reasonable remedy.

7. Examples of Covered Components

  • Engine manufacturing defects
  • Transmission defects
  • Electrical / ignition system defects
  • Starting system defects
  • Other manufacturing defects confirmed by the Seller or an authorised service centre

8. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, collision, misuse, racing, off-road use, neglect, unauthorised modification/repair, incorrect fuel or fluids, water/flooding, fire, theft, failure to maintain the Vespa, or continued use after a serious fault or warning. Normal service and consumable items such as tyres, punctures, brake pads/discs, clutch wear, belts, routine filters/fluids and battery deterioration from normal use are not covered unless the defect is separately established as a manufacturing fault.

9. Servicing & Maintenance

The Buyer must maintain and service the Vespa in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and retain service/repair records. Failure to maintain the Vespa may affect a warranty claim where the lack of maintenance caused or contributed to the fault.

10. Warranty Claim Procedure

The Buyer must contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a suspected fault and provide the registration/VIN, description of the problem and supporting photographs/videos where useful. The Seller must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and approve or arrange a repair before third-party repair costs are incurred, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to prevent serious damage or where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Important Legal Provision

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any statutory consumer rights or protections that apply under Albanian law. Where mandatory legal rights provide greater protection than this warranty, those rights remain unaffected.
